Biodiesel Motor Projects (formerly Biodiesel MotorSports) is managed by Andre Shoumatoff, a sale & marketing, media, Internet marketing, and PR specialist.  He is also a diesel engine and general-vehicle-technology expert and custom vehicle builder.  

In 2004, as the former director of Utah Biodiesel, he began to develop the biodiesel industry in Utah from nearly nothing to three major biodiesel distributors, dozens of major fleets, and over 25 retail stations throughout the state.  He is considered one of the U.S. Intermountain-West's leading biodiesel experts, and is also a partner at a small biodiesel production facility in Utah.  He resides in Park City, Utah.
